Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a current high school senior or college student.
  2. Must be under 24 years of age at time of application.
  3. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  4. Must be a resident of OR going to school in Texas.

Description: This scholarship is available for high school seniors and current college students who are residents of Texas, or attend high school or college in Texas. Students must be under the age of 24 and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Additional Information: Application winners will be announced by the end of August. The winning students will receive a phone call, email, and letter announcing the official decision. The school listed on the application will also receive notification of the scholarship winners. Bounce Energy will confirm the school the scholarship check should be made out to with the winning students prior to mailing.

Award Amount: $2,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.

Applications will be available online on the Bounce Energy website.As part of the online application, the student must: write an essay of 500 words or less responding to the topic listed on the application; and upload an official or unofficial copy of his/her transcripts. The transcript may be in any of the following formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .rtf.The application must be submitted by the deadline.
