Additional Information: The Highland Lakes Legacy Fund: Randall Hibler Memorial Scholarship is provided annually to graduating seniors at Marble Falls High School. Applicants must reside in Burnet County, Texas and must demonstrate above average academic achievement. This scholarship is administered and managed through the Austin Community Foundation. Founded in 1977, the Austin Community Foundation has expanded to combine philanthropists, community leaders, and advanced financial management technologies. The foundation works to identify and assist the local populations in greatest need through a combination of scholarships, local initiatives, and grants.
