Additional Information: The Olney One Arm Dove Hunt Scholarship is provided annually through the Wichita Falls Community Foundation. Awards are provided each year to high school students in Olney, Texas who have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Applicants must plan to enroll at any college, university, or vocational school in the U.S. Award selection is based on a combination of academic achievement, unmet financial need, and students' responses to any scholarship-specific essay or short answer questions.
