U.S. Senate Youth Scholarship Program

This award is available to U.S. high school juniors and seniors serving as elected student body participants in a selected student government, civic, or educational organization. Selection will be based on outstanding ability and demonstrated qualities of leadership.

Utah Occupational Therapy Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. college sophomores and/or graduate students who have been residents of Utah for two years or more and who are currently attending a college/university in Utah. Students must be members of both the Utah Occupational Therapy Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association and be pursing a career in occupational therapy.

This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Utah who have unmet financial need and a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

Voice of Democracy Scholarship Program

U.S. high school students in grades nine through twelve who are 19 years of age or younger are eligible for this scholarship. To apply, the applicant must write an essay on the theme listed on the Veterans of Foreign Wars website and record the reading of that essay; submit both essay and CD/flash drive to be considered for this scholarship.

Patriot's Pen Essay Writing Contest

U.S. students enrolled in grades six through eight are eligible for this award. Students must submit a typewritten essay between 300 and 400 words in length on the current year's topic.

This award is available to high school and undergraduate students 24 years of age or younger who have an interest in sewing, knitting or fashion design. The applicant must live in or attend school in a state that has an American Sheep Industry Association.
