Number of Awards & Eligibility: Three awards offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
  4. Must be a Wisconsin resident.
  5. Must have been been active in a 4-H youth leadership activity for at least one year.
  6. Must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a university, college, or technical school during the upcoming school year.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: Wisconsin graduating high school seniors or older who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible for this award. Students must have been active in a 4-H leadership activity for at least one year.

Additional Information: Scholarship applications will be reviewed by a qualified, impartial committee applying the following criteria: demonstrated personal growth and development through Wisconsin 4-H projects and activities; held leadership roles in Wisconsin 4-H and other organizations; academic record; financial need and sense of direction in future educational goals.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,000.

Additional information can be found on the 4-H Foundation website. To apply, students must submit a resume, cover letter, list of 4-H projects the student has participated in, and a recent digital photo. All materials must follow the guidelines laid out on the website. All materials must be submitted by email by 11:59 p.m. on the deadline date.
