Every benefits-eligible U.S. partner working part- or full-time receives 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program. Your reimbursements cover the portion of your tuition and mandatory fees that was left for you to pay above aid from ASU and the federal government—you may need to take student loans to cover other expenses, including textbooks, class fees, laptops, and living expenses, but you won’t be reimbursed for those and the loan will be your responsibility.

Starbucks addresses growing inequality by partnering with Arizona State University to help students pursue a bachelor’s degree. They offer these scholarships to also show their commitment to the success of their partners (employees). Every benefits-eligible U.S. partner working part- or full-time receives 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program. Veterans can extend an additional Starbucks College Achievement Plan benefit to a qualifying family member of their choice. The participating family member will receive all of the same benefits as the partners in the program, with access to over 80 different degree programs.
