Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards varies.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be enrolled in the masters or doctorate program.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  3. Must have successfully completed at least one course in botany or horticulture, and two courses in the fields of soil science, turf culture, floriculture, greenhouse management, arboriculture, or other plant sciences.
  4. Must attend a college or university in Colorado.

Additional Information: Colorado Garden Foundation offers its scholarship programs with the proceeds generated from the annual Colorado Garden & Home Show and Colorado Fall Home Show. They do this to provide financial aid to students attending a college or university in Colorado. There are a few other scholarships offered including a Full-Ride Scholarship, Undergraduate Scholarship and more; each varies in eligibility requirements and award amounts.
