This scholarship is funded by Carefirst and provided in memory of Hal Cohen. Eligibility is limited to graduate and professional students who are pursuing a degree in economics or healthcare policy. This a competitive program; not all applicants will be selected as recipients. All decisions of Central Scholarship Bureau and the Grant Committees are final.
