Number of Awards & Eligibility: Two awards offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a resident of Wisconsin.
  3. Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a university, college, or technical school located in Wisconsin.
  4. Must have been a 4-H member for one year or more.
  5. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  6. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  7. Must have demonstrated his/her commitment to community service.
  8. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate award.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for Wisconsin undergraduate students who have been members of 4-H for a year or more, and have demonstrated a commitment to community service. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Additional Information: The 4-H Community Service Scholarship is sponsored by the Francis & Phyllis Conrad 4-H Scholarship Fund. Preference will be given to Clark County (WI) residents when there is a choice between equally qualified candidates.

Award Amount: $750 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,500.

Additional information can be found on the 4-H Foundation website. To apply, students must submit a resume, cover letter, list of 4-H projects the student has participated in, and a recent digital photo. All materials must follow the guidelines laid out on the website. All materials must be submitted by email by 11:59 p.m. on the deadline date.
