Earl Warren Scholarship

Earl Warren Scholars receive $10,000 per year for three years as long as they’re in good academic standing and continue to meet the scholarship criteria. Scholars also have two unique opportunities: an LDF internship, externship, or guided research project and an invitation to LDF’s Civil Rights Training Institute.

$1,500 Easy Scholarship: Take and Share a Quiz and Inspire Others to Take a Stand Against Big Tobacco

All that is needed is a 5-question quiz to see how racial justice, mental health, the planet, and LGBTQ+ communities are impacted by tobacco use. Then share a checklist (either digitally or IRL) with a friend to inspire them to take action against Big Tobacco. Doing those two things will enter you for a chance at a $1,500 scholarship.

Across the United States, far too many people in the LGBTQ+ community are denied human rights, robbed of big opportunities, and ridiculed solely because of their identity. Combatting civil rights issues that the LGBTQ+ community face regularly requires providing distinct and unique opportunities for people to grow and flourish. The WiseGeek LGBTQ+ Awareness Scholarship exists to support the dreams and aspirations of LGBTQ+ youth across the country. The scholarship is open to students who identify as a member of this community.
