In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a female.
  4. Must attend or plan to attend the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
  5. Must currently live on campus or plan to live on campus at UNC-Greensboro.
  6. Must not have a car.
  7. Must have never been married.
  8. Must have no other scholarships and have unmet financial need.
  9. Must be a high school senior or currently enrolled undergraduate student at time of application.
