In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must attend Alonso or Sickles High School.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  3. Must be majoring in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  5. This award is for U.S. students.
  6. Must be a high school senior.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The Upper Tampa Bay Education Foundation Scholarship is available for high school students at Alonso or Sickles High School in northern Tampa, Florida. Applicants must plan to major in a STEM field, must demonstrate financial need, and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Additional Information: The Upper Tampa Bay Education Foundation is provided each year to encourage students in north Tampa who are talented in science and technology to pursue these strengths. Applications will be evaluated based on academic achievement and unmet financial need.
