Virginia Code requires that the awards to undergraduates be proportional to need so that the students with the greatest need receive the largest awards. Undergraduate students must demonstrate financial need as determined by the institution. Graduate students must meet requirements established by the granting institution.

Award Amount: Award amounts may vary depending upon student financial need and available funds. Awards will help pay for the cost of tuition and fees at eligible community colleges.
