In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a full-time student.
  3. Must be a current member of the Zeta Psi fraternity.
  4. Must be a male.
  5. Must be an undergraduate or graduate student to apply for this award.
  6. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Description: This award is available for U.S. men who are members of Zeta Psi fraternity and are currently enrolled in a college or university program. Selection is based on academic merit, financial need and the applicant's essay response.

Additional Information: Zeta Psi strives to be the premier international men's fraternal organization dedicated to forging academic excellence and life-long bonds of brotherhood. Through active chapter participation and continuing alumni outreach, Zeta Psi members are committed to the development of leadership, character and intellect and to the service of their brothers, their communities and mankind.

Award Amount: $500 per semester. In addition to the regular award amount, two to three exceptional applicants will receive awards valued between $750 and $2,500 a semester. Previous winners may reapply each semester. There is no limit on the number of scholarships a student may receive over the course of his/her education.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.

Applications are available on the Zeta Psi Fraternity website under the 'Foundation' tab or by contacting the applicant's local chapter. In addition to a completed application, the student must submit a current academic transcript. Transcripts will only be accepted in .doc (MSWord) or .txt format. The application and transcript should be named using the following format: FirstInitialLastName_Semester.doc or for applications (i.e. JSummers_F2018.doc or JSummers_S2019.doc); and FirstInitialLastName_transcript.doc or .txt for transcripts. All application materials must be transmitted electronically to the email address provided. Applications are due by 5 p.m. EST on the following deadline dates: Sep. 30 for the fall evaluation; or Feb. 18, for the spring evaluation. All submissions will be confirmed by email within two business days. If the student does not receive confirmation, then his application has not been received, and he should contact Zeta Psi using the phone number listed.
