Number of Awards & Eligibility: Up to two awards are offered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a resident of Virginia Beach.
  2. Must be at least 23 or older.
  3. Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Hampton Roads and have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours at an accredited two- or four- year institution.
  4. Must have a GPA of at least 3.0.
  5. Must have returned to school after a lapse of time.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This annual award, it goes to an outstanding re-entry Virginia Beach female resident, enrolled in an accredited two or four-year institution. ?The program is supported by Branch member donations and occasional fundraising events. Additional Information: To be eligible for a Linda Todd Scholarship, you must be: • Resident of Virginia Beach • At least 23 years of age or older • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Hampton Roads and have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours at an accredited two- or four- year institution (this does not include accredited career colleges) • Have returned to school after a lapse of time • Have a G.P.A. of 3.0 or greater

Award Amount: Up to two $500 scholarships are offered.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
