Number of Awards & Eligibility: Ten through fifteen awards will be distributed.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a GPA of 3.0
  2. Must hold a bachelor’s (or higher) degree with a GPA of 3.0, or equivalent professional experience, in a quantitative field such as economics, statistics, science, computer science, mathematics or engineering.
  3. Must hold a quantitative GMAT score of 45 or GRE score of 154, or can take the CEU Math Test online after applying.

Additional Information: Central European University is a graduate-level university where faculty and students from more than 100 countries come to engage in interdisciplinary education, pursue advanced scholarship, and address some of society’s most vexing problems. Apply for scholarship and internship programs if you - hold a bachelor’s (or higher) degree with a GPA of 3.0, or equivalent professional experience, in a quantitative field such as economics, statistics, science, computer science, mathematics or engineering - hold a quantitative GMAT score of 45 or GRE score of 154, or can take the CEU Math Test online after applying. first, complete the CEU Application Form for the full-time MS in Business Analytics or MS in Finance - then, complete the Scholarship Application Form. If required, you will be invited to take the CEU Math Test online after you have submitted your application. Statement of Purpose is required: Please explain why you are an ideal candidate demonstrating your interest and experience in financial services, data analysis and programming. Beyond the formal criteria, you will be considered based on personal experience and qualities that may be relevant to the donor, such as relevant work experience, a passion for data and coding; data-intensive projects completed or in process; finance, applied math, computer science and statistics courses previously taken; in-depth knowledge of programming languages, etc. (500 words)

Award Amount: Up to Twelve thousand in scholarships will be awarded.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $12,000.
