  2. Must be female.
  3. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  4. Must attend The Refrigeration School.
  5. This award is for U.S. students.
  6. Must attend school in Phoenix, AZ.

Description: The Women in Skilled Trades Scholarship Program is available for female students at The Refrigeration School, an HVAC/R and vocational school in Phoenix, AZ.

Additional Information: The Women in Skilled Trades Scholarship Program is a need-based scholarship program that is designed to provide financial assistance to eligible female students at The Refrigeration School who have remaining financial need. Financial need is calculated for this purpose based upon the difference between available resources and funding eligibility relative to the direct educational program costs. All prospective and enrolled female students who meet this criteria will be eligible for consideration. The criteria have been designed to give the Scholarship Selection Committee maximum flexibility in awarding the scholarship. The recipient will be selected without regard to race, color, creed, religious preference, age, national origin, or disability.

Award Amount: $3,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,000.
