Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at the time of application.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. DACA recipients are also welcome to apply.

Description: The Bottlinger Law L.L.C. Bowties and Books Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors and undergraduate students who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Winner will be announced May 27. Click here to learn more and apply today!

Additional Information: Finalists will be contacted and may be asked to provide the following additional documentation so as to verify eligibility: official academic transcripts, current proof of enrollment, and/or a copy of photo identification that proves the student's identity. Additional instructions for providing required verification documents will be provided at the time of finalist selection. Non-finalists will not be notified. The winner's name will be published online at the Bottlinger Law L.L.C. website and the firm's social media sites on June 6th, 2019. All decisions of the scholarship committee are final.

Award Amount: 2,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.

Applications and additional information about this award can be found online at the Bottlinger Law L.L.C. website and may be accessed with the provided link. To be considered for this award, students must complete the online application form. A completed form must include an essay of between 500 and 1,000 words in length that addresses the current year's topic prompt. All applications and essay submisisons must be submitted online no later than the deadline date. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
