He recognizes that freedom often has a unique meaning for each individual in the United States, and everyone has their own story attached to that meaning. That is why we are proud to announce the 2019 Freedom Scholarship, designed to give students an opportunity to explore how being “free” has impacted their life. Students will explore not only the freedoms they currently enjoy, but also what being free means in the 21st century.
