In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. and international students.
  2. Must be a high school senior or currently enrolled as a graduate or undergaduate student at the time of application.

Description: The FormSwift Startup Scholarship is available for high school seniors, undergraduate, and graduate students who submit an original business plan infographic.

Application requirements for the FormSwift Startup Scholarship are:

  • Business plan infographic
Additional Information: FormSwift specializes in providing the documents and forms required to get your business up and running successfully. As such, they have enacted this program for the purpose of encouraging students to explore their business ideas and gain some experience in the process of creating a business plan. Winners will be selected based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: originality, creativity, viability, and professionalism.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Application information about this scholarship can be found online at the FormSwift website. To apply for this award, students must create a business-plan infographic. The infographic should describe a creative and unique business strategy in one of the suggested categories listed on the scholarship website. All submissions must be emailed to [email protected] and must be received by the deadline date. The email's subject must read "FormSwift Scholarship Entry" and the body of the email must include the applicant's full name, state, and school. Applications received after the deadline will be considered for the next application period, as applicable.
