Additional Information: The American Nurses Foundation and the ASHP Foundation have joined in partnership to offer a competitive grant program to support innovative projects, co-led by nursing and pharmacy, to stimulate and demonstrate the impact of team-based care that enhances the safe and effective use of medications. The goal of the grant program is to stimulate patient-centered interprofessional health services research that demonstrates meaningful outcomes. The program will support diverse practice-based projects including, but not limited to, demonstration projects, systems change projects, special studies and evaluations.
