This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Carroll County and Howard County Maryland. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must be planning to major in broadcast journalism.

General John Paul Ratay Educational Fund Grant

This award is available for U.S. and international undergraduate students who have a biological parent who is a Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) member. The student's parent must now be deceased after serving in the military in active duty and retiring. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and be under the age of 24.
