Number of Awards & Eligibility: Varies, all eligible students will be considered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be an incoming freshmen.
  4. Must be accepted to and plan to enroll at Albright College in Pennsylvania.
  5. Must plan to enroll full time.
  6. Must demonstrate an outstanding academic record (recipients generally rank within the top five percent of the graduating high school class).
  7. Must attend a college in Pennsylvania.

Description: This award is available to U.S. high school seniors who are planning to attend Albright College in Pennsylvania. Students must demonstrate an outstanding academic record (recipients generally rank within the top five percent of the graduating high school class).

Application requirements for the Albright College Founders Scholarship are:

  • Apply for admission
Additional Information: Albright College offers a variety of scholarships and awards to incoming freshmen students. Winners of scholarships and awards will be notified about scholarships and awards at time of admission.

Award Amount: $12,000 annually, renewable for three additional years providing the student maintains a 3.3 grade point average.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $48,000.

To apply, students must apply for admission to Albright College. An additional scholarship application is not required. Interested students must contact Albright College Admissions by phone, e-mail, mail, or website to request an application packet, or apply online from the college website. Application for admission must be submitted by March 1 each year for award consideration for the upcoming award year.
