Number of Awards & Eligibility: Five awards offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a high school senior at time of application.
  3. Must be a resident of Baltimore City, Baltimore County, or Carroll County.
  4. Must have a demonstrated record of community service.
  5. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  6. Must be a resident of Maryland.
  7. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is for U.S. high school seniors who are residents of Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and a history of community service.

Application requirements for the Baltimore Ravens Scholarship Program are:

Additional Information: At least one scholar will be chosen from the following areas: Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County. The Baltimore Ravens established this scholarship program to enable local youth to continue their education on a collegiate level. The team has a long-standing history of service to local communities, and this fund will support those who do the same. In addition, this renewable scholarship will be based on financial need and academic achievement.

Award Amount: $5,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $25,000.

Information about and applications for the award are available at the online portal of the CollegeBound Foundation. To access the application for these awards, the student must first register an online account. In addition to completing the CollegeBound Foundation Competitive Scholarship Application, the applicant must also submit the following: two letters of recommendation; a copy of his/her college acceptance letter(s); a typed essay addressing the topic listed on the application; community service verification(s); and a copy of his/her recent high school transcript, including the first semester of the senior year. All application materials must be received by the deadline.
