Number of Awards & Eligibility: One scholarship will be provided each year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be college junior at the time of application.
  2. Must attend Washington State University.
  3. Must be a member of Pi Kappa Phi.

Description: The Brock Lindberg Pi Kappa Phi Senior Scholarship is available for juniors at Washington State University who are members of Pi Kappa Phi.

Additional Information: The Brock Lindberg Pi Kappa Phi Senior Scholarship is provided in memory of Brock Lindberg, a student at Washington State University and member of Pi Kappa Phi who was found unresponsive in his room in late 2016. The scholarship was established by Janna Viebrock, Brock Lindberg's mother, to support his memory and to assist his brothers at Pi Kappa Phi with the costs of higher education. The selection of scholarship recipients is based primarily on a combination of academic achievements, strength of recommendations, and unmet fianncial need as calculated by the applicant's expected financial contribution. Additional consideration will be given to students who are active in community service as well as students who show a strong prioritization of education in their lives. Recipients will be notified in early May and will be required to provide additional documentation such as a signed scholarship agreement and verification of enrollment.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable. All funds will be deposited directly with the financial aid department at Washington State University.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
