Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must reside in Monroe, Ohio.
  2. Preference will be given to those who participated in Middletown High School’s performing arts program as well as those who plan to major in music or another performing art.
  3. Must be a high school senior at the time of application.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  5. This award is for U.S. students.
  6. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for high school seniors in Monroe, Ohio who plan to major in music or performing arts at an accredited college or university in the U.S. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
