Number of Awards & Eligibility: Six awards are available.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a Tampa Bay area high school students with exceptional talents in instrumental and vocal music, theater, dance, visual and literary arts.

Description: Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and the Arts, TBBCA, is a 501(c) (3) founded in 1989, one of the national Business Committees for the Arts, part of the private sector network and national pARTnership Movement of Americans for the Arts. TBBCA mission is to unite Tampa Bay businesses to champion arts and culture for a prosperous community.

Application requirements for the Charlie Hounchell Art Stars Scholarship are:

Additional Information:

Award Amount: Chosen applicants will receive $2,500.   The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $15,000.
