Description: The CollegeFindMe Independence Video Contest is available for high school students in the U.S. who are 14 years of age or older.

Application requirements for the CollegeFindMe Independence Video Contest are:

  • Registration
Additional Information: The winner of the CollegeFindMe Independence Video Contest will be asked to provide an additional short statement for publication on social media and the monthly CollegeFindMe e-newsletter. The recipient must also provide additional documentation to prove eligibility, such as a school ID.

Award Amount: The winner will receive a JBL Charge 4 Speaker with approximate retail value of $150.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $150.

Application instructions and additional information about the Find Your Path Giveaway can be found online at the CollegeFindMe website. To apply for this award, students must register for and complete a free profile at CollegeFindMe.com. Applicants must also submit a video of up to two minutes in length that describes what independence in college means to the applicant. All profiles must be completed and all videos must be submitted no later than the deadline date.
