Description: The East Brookfield Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors in East Brookfield, Massachusetts. Applications will be evaluated based on academic achievement and unmet financial need.

Application requirements for the East Brookfield Scholarship are:

Additional Information: The East Brookfield Scholarship was established by Barbara M. Fitts and is provided annually through the Greater Worcester Community Foundation (GWCF). Scholarships are provided each year for graduating high school seniors in East Brookfield who demonstrate a combination of academic achievement and unmet financial need. All applications completed and submitted to GWCF by the deadline date will be given full consideration based on academic history, demonstrated financial need, and the strength of received recommendation letters.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications, instructions, and additional information about this scholarship can be found online at the Greater Worcester Community Foundation website. To apply for the East Brookfield Scholarship, students must complete the online scholarship application form. All applications will also require the student to upload a copy of current transcripts for all academic coursework completed at their current school, as well as a letter of recommendation from a teacher, employer, or other adult community leader who is familiar with the applicant. All applications and supporting documents must be received online no later than the deadline date.
