Additional Information: The Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund was the vision of Freedom Alliance founders Lt. Col. Oliver North, USMC (Ret.) and the late Lt. Gen. Edward Bronars, USMC. It exists to honor the bravery and sacrifice of U.S. military personnel who have been killed or permanently disabled in an operational mission or training exercise. Freedom Alliance will notify students of their individual decision by mail. If the student is approved for a scholarship, he/she will then be required to complete, with his/her school's financial aid office, three enrollment verification forms.
