Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must enroll in at least six credit hours per semester.
  2. Must be female.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at the time of application.
  5. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
  6. Must attend Florida State College at Jacksonville.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Additional Information: Recipients must enroll in a minimum of six credit hours and maintain a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

Award Amount: $2,906 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,906.

Applications and information about this award are available on the Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) website at the address provided. To be considered for this award, students must complete the online scholarship application form. The form can be accessed through the student's web account by clicking on the 'Scholarships' link in the right side of his/her homepage. In addition to the completed online application, students must submit two letters of recommendation and responses to the supplemental questions listed. Students must also file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the deadline date. The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov, at high school guidance offices, and at college financial aid offices. All applications must be completed online by the deadline date to ensure consideration for the upcoming semester.
