  1. Must reside in Madison, Ohio.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  3. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  4. This award is for U.S. students.
  5. Must be a high school senior at the time of application.

Description: This scholarship is available for U.S. high school seniors who reside in Madison, Ohio. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Additional Information: The Stephanie Markham Minge Memorial Scholarship is provided in honor of Stephanie Markham Minge, the band director at Carroll High School in Madison, OH. In 2012, Stephanie lost her battle with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, but her spirit of generosity and her concern for students lives on.

Award Amount: $500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500.

To be considered for this award, students must submit a complete application form, including the personal information section, family information, and financial information. It is strongly preferred that application forms are typed and printed. In addition, the student must also submit a copy of his/her most recent high school transcripts including SAT/ACT scores, and a resume detailing work experience and/or community service participation. All applications and supporting documents must be submitted online by the deadline date.
