  1. Must be a high school senior.
  2. Must play hockey.
  3. Must reside in Holden, MA or attend school at Wachusett High School.

Description: The Steve Drawbridge Memorial Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors in Holden, Massachusetts. Applicants must play ice hockey and demonstrate unmet financial need.

Application requirements for the Steve Drawbridge Memorial Scholarship are:

  • Transcript
  • Recommendation letter
Additional Information: The Steve Drawbridge Memorial Scholarship is provided annually through the Greater Worcester Community Foundation (GWCF). Applicants must play ice hockey and must reside in Holden Massachusetts or attend High School at Wachusett High School in Holden. All applications completed prior to the deadline date will be given full consideration based on academic history, unmet financial need, and the strength of received recommendation letters. Additional preference will be given to students who demonstrate a passion for ice hockey, both on and beyond the rink.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
