In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be between the ages of 16 and 20.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be planning to train in the skilled building trades.
  4. Must be a resident of Maryland.

Description: The MSK Youth Building Trades Scholarship Fund is available for Maryland students between the ages of 16 and 20 who wish to pursue training in the skilled trades.

Additional Information: The MSK Youth Building Trades Scholarship Fund provides scholarships each year to Maryland high school students who wish to pursue a career in the skilled trades and construction. The winner will be selected based on the strength of submitted proposals, and will be announced by June 30 of each year.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
