Application requirements for the Four Star Leadership Program are:
Award Amount: Awards are given as follows: $3,000, first place persuasive speech; $1,000, second place persuasive speech; $3,000, first place op-ed writing; $1,000, second place op-ed writing; $3,000, first place Four Star Leader; $1,000, second place Four Star Leader; $1,500, first place Ethics Bowl; $1,200, second place Ethics Bowl; $800, third place Ethics Bowl; and $500, fourth place Ethics Bowl. All first-place recipients will also receive a $1,000 donation to their schools. The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,600.
