International Bipolar Foundation
Scholarships are awarded as follows: first place, $1,000; second place, $500; third place, $250. Scholarships are non-renewable.
Three awards offered annually.
Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges, and will be announced by May 1. Essays will become property of International Bipolar Foundation and will not be returned. Contestants agree to allow International Bipolar Foundation to publicize their essays.
