WHAT ARE Volunteer SCHOLARSHIPS?

The Upper Tampa Bay Education Foundation Scholarship is available for high school students at Alonso or Sickles High School in northern Tampa, Florida. Applicants must plan to major in a STEM field, must demonstrate financial need, and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
The Era L. and Francis L. Walker Scholarship is a named scholarship from the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois that aims to help African American males who are graduating high school seniors from a Rockford Public School to pursue higher education.
This award honors the life of Anna Louise Shiller. Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, she entered Rockford Christian as a kindergartner and was a sophomore at RCS at the time of her death. Applicants must be graduating Rockford Christian High School seniors with plans of furthering their education.
U.S. graduating high school seniros who demonstrate an exceptional record of community or leadership will be invited to apply for this award upon Early Action admission to DePaul University.
The Alliant Energy Innovation Scholarship is available for Midwest students who are enrolled full-time at an undergraduate institution within Iowa, Wisconsin, or Minnesota.
Applicants must also be pursuing careers in business, STEM (applied sciences, technology, engineering and math) majors.
The scholarship is open to volunteers age 21 or younger who have contributed a minimum of 100 hours credited through DAV or DAV Auxiliary. Nominations for this award may be submitted by the Voluntary Service Program Manager at a VA medical center, DAV Department Commander, or students may self-nominate themselves.
