Number of Awards & Eligibility: Approximately Eighteen Tri-State students will receive a scholarship each year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average.
  2. Must be a current high school student.
  3. Must reside in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Application requirements for the Straight A Scholarship are:

Additional Information: Thanks to our partner, the Harold C. Schott Foundation, each of our finalists will receive a $2,000 scholarship toward their college education. One overall male and one overall female winner will be chosen at the luncheon to receive an additional $3,000, for a total of a $5,000 scholarship. All high school students with a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average and in the Foundation's Area of Impact are eligible. All students nominated will receive a letter of recognition signed by Anthony Muñoz. Eighteen Tri-State students (nine male and nine female) will be recognized at a Straight "A" Luncheon. One male and one female from the top eighteen will have the chance to receive additional recognition at this luncheon.

Award Amount: The grant value is up to $5,000.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,000.
