This scholarship is available for current high school seniors residing in Hillsborough County, Florida. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate participation in community service and extracurricular activities.

Students must attend an ALA-accredited library school, be studying in the area of library and information studies, and be currently working as part of a library support staff.
