Additional Information: The Aimee Melissa Davis Memorial Scholarship is provided annually for graduating high school seniors in Travis, Williamson or Hays Counties of Texas who have been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Award selection will be based on academic achievement and financial need. This scholarship is administered and managed through the Austin Community Foundation. Founded in 1977, the Austin Community Foundation has expanded to combine philanthropists, community leaders, and advanced financial management technologies. The foundation works to identify and assist the local populations in greatest need through a combination of scholarships, local initiatives, and grants. Award Amount: $5,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,000.
