Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually and is dependent on funding and the number of qualified applicants.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a graduating high school senior to apply for this freshman year award.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.8 or higher.
  5. Must have an SAT score of 1270 or higher OR an ACT score of 26 or higher.
  6. Must plan to attend Concordia College of New York.
  7. Must attend a college or university in New York.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Additional Information: Concordia is committed to rewarding students who exhibit high academic achievement.

Award Amount: $17,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $72,000.

Applications for admission are available online from the Concordia College of New York website. There is not a separate application for this award. The student will be automatically considered upon admission. In addition to the completed application, the student must submit a $50 application fee, official high school transcript, SAT/ACT scores, and a personal statement. For priority consideration, all applications and supporting materials must be submitted by the deadline date.
