In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

  2. Must attend a college or university in Michigan.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  5. Must be a resident of Kent County, Michigan.
  6. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
