Additional Information: The Highland Lakes Legacy Fund: Carol and Harold Horne Memorial Scholarship is provided annually to students at Marble Falls High School who have the highest levels of academic achievement. To be eligible, applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must rank in the top 10% of his or her class. Award selection will be based primarily on academic achievement and grading records. This scholarship is administered and managed through the Austin Community Foundation. Founded in 1977, the Austin Community Foundation has expanded to combine philanthropists, community leaders, and advanced financial management technologies. The foundation works to identify and assist the local populations in greatest need through a combination of scholarships, local initiatives, and grants. Award Amount: $500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500.
