Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually. *Please note: The number of recipients for this program varies according to the number of students meeting the eligibility requirements in any give year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international students.
  2. Must be planning to attend Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
  3. Must be a full-time student.
  4. Must be planning to enroll as a first-time freshman.
  5. Must have a high school grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  6. Must have a TOEFL score of 525 or IELTS score of 6.0.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is for international students who plan to attend Point Park University full time. The student must meet these two requirements to receive the award: a secondary school grade point average of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent grades) and a TOEFL score of 525 or better (173 computer-based test or 61 Internet-based test).

Additional Information: Point Park University is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The university is a small, private, accredited, liberal arts university; with an emphasis on career-based education. Point Park University provides its students with excellent opportunities for hands-on, real-world experiences. International students planning attending the university are encouraged to contact the International Student Services office for additional information.

Award Amount: $10,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years if the student maintains a 3.0 grade point average and full-time status.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $40,000.
