Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of recipients for this program varies according to the number of students meeting the eligibility requirements in any given year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be an incoming undergraduate transfer student.
  4. Must plan to transfer to Saint Louis University in Missouri.
  5. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  6. Must plan to attend a college or university in Missouri.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: U.S. undergraduate transfer student with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher will be automatically considered for an award upon admission to Saint Louis University in Missouri.

Application requirements for the Saint Louis University Jesuit Transfer Scholarship are:

  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
  • ACT/SAT scores and high school transcripts (if under 24 hours)
Additional Information: After the priority deadline, scholarships will be awarded as funds are available.

Award Amount: $10,000 to $14,000 annually, renewable for up to two additional years with a grade point average of 3.0. The scholarship amount varies according to the recipient's grade point average. A recipient with a grade point average between 3.00 and 3.19 receives $8,000, 3.20 to 3.49 receives $10,000, and 3.50 to 4.00 grade point average receives $12,000.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $36,000.

Applications for admission are available online from the Saint Louis University website. There is not a separate application for this award. Each student will be considered upon admission. In addition to the completed admissions application, the student must submit college transcripts. If the applicant has completed under 24 hours of college coursework, he/she must also submit high school transcripts and ACT/SAT scores. The applicant should apply by the deadline date for priority consideration although applications are accepted year-round.
