Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of recipients for this program varies according to the number of students meeting the eligibility requirements in any given year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be an incoming undergraduate transfer student.
  4. Must plan to transfer to Spring Arbor University in Michigan, a Christian university.
  5. Must have a college grade point average between 2.00 and 3.64.
  6. Must plan to attend a college or university in Michigan.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: U.S. college transfer students with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher will receive this award upon admission to Spring Arbor University in Michigan.

Application requirements for the Spring Arbor University Transfer Merit Scholarships are:

  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
  • $30 app. fee (waived if online)
  • ACT/SAT scores
Additional Information: This transfer student academic scholarship recognizes those who have performed admirably in their previous college work.

Award Amount: $2,000 to $6,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years as long as the recipient maintains a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $12,000.
