Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of recipients for this program varies according to the number of students meeting the eligibility requirements in any given year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be a graduating high school senior.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.8 or higher.
  5. Must attend Spring Arbor University in Michigan, a Christian university.
  6. Must have an ACT score of 29 or higher OR an SAT score of 1290 or higher.
  7. Must rank in the top 10 percent of his/her graduating high school class.
  8. Must plan to attend a college or university in Michigan.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: U.S. high school seniors who have a grade point average of 3.8, rank in the top 10 percent and have an ACT/SAT score of 29/1290 will automatically receive this award upon admission to Spring Arbor College in Michigan.

Application requirements for the Spring Arbor University Trustee Scholarship are:

  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
  • $30 app. fee (waived if online)
  • ACT/SAT scores
Additional Information: An eligible student will qualify this award if he/she has 13 points according to the Academic Scholarship Table according to grade point average, class rank and ACT/SAT scores. Award Amount: $12,000 annually, renewable for an additional three years as long as the recipient maintains a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. A recipient may also be eligible for an additional one-time grant of $500 for attending an Honors Showcase event.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $48,000.
