Number of Awards & Eligibility: Varies, all eligible students will be considered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a SAT score (CR and M) of 1240 to 1300 OR an ACT score of 26 to 27.
  2. Must be accepted to William Woods University in Missouri.
  3. Must be an incoming first-year freshmen.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
  5. This award is for U.S. students.
  6. Must have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is for U.S. high school senior who are admitted to William Woods University as first-time freshmen. Student who have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher and an ACT of 26-27 or a SAT of 1240-1300 are automatically considered for this award.

Application requirements for the William Woods University Trustee Scholar Program are:

Award Amount: Up to $8,000 annually. Awards are annual and renewable for three additional years provided successful completion of the LEAD program and a minimum grade point average of 3.2. Applications are available online from the William Woods University (WWU) website. To be eligible to apply, students must first apply for admission to William Woods University. Interested students must contact WWU Admissions by phone, e-mail, mail, or website to request an application packet, or apply online from the college website In addition to the application, students must also submit a resume, SAT/ACT scores, official transcripts, and an essay. Completed applications must be submitted by mail or email by the deadline date. Priority consideration will be given to applications submitted by Dec. 1. The final deadline is March 1.
