Number of Awards & Eligibility: Varies, all eligible students will be considered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must attend Wilmington College in Ohio.
  2. Must be a first-time freshmen.
  3. This award is for U.S students.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  5. Must enroll as a full time student.
  6. Must have a 2.5 cumulative high school grade point average and a composite SAT score of 900 or higher or an ACT score of 17 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is for U.S. high school students who are planning to attend Wilmington College. The student must have a grade point average 2.5 or higher, SAT (Critiical Reading and Math) score of 900 or higher, and an ACT score of 17 or higher, and plan to enroll full time.

Additional Information: Wilmington College is an independent, co-educational, four-year, career-oriented, liberal arts college founded in 1870 by the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). Scholarship eligibility is based on the student's cumulative high school grade point average and ACT or SAT scores (Critical Reading and Math only).

Award Amount: Award amounts range from $10,500 to $20,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years providing the student maintains satisfactory academic progress.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $61,000.

To apply, students must apply for admission to Wilmington College (WC). A separate scholarship application is not required. Interested students must contact Wilmington College admissions by phone, e-mail, mail, or website to request an application packet, or apply online from the college website. Although applications for academic scholarships are accepted throughout the admissions process, students are encouraged to complete submissions prior to the March 15 priority deadline.
