Number of Awards & Eligibility: Two awards offered annually: one per deadline date.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be a high school, undergraduate, or graduate student at the time of application.
  4. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  5. Must be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Description: This scholarship is available for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who submit an original and unique cover letter.

Application requirements for the ZipRecruiter Scholarship Challenge are:

  • Application form
  • Cover letter
Additional Information: Selected recipient will be required to show proof of enrollment such as an official copy of transcripts or a letter of acceptance. Recipients will be notified within 30 days of the deadline.

Award Amount: The winner will receive $3,000 provided as a one-time, non-renewable award.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,000.

Application information is available online at the ZipRecruiter website. To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must wite an original essay on one of the three listed topics. Essays must be between 250 and 500 words, and may include any additional media and images as will fit on one page. Students must complete the online application form and include an attached copy of the essay. All entries must be received by the deadline date.
